Founder's Pack Reedemed - not in my Inventory

Title says everything.
I simply reedemed the package, it’s black now - but not in my inventory.

I’m having the same issue, I think the only thing we can do is submit a ticket and wait.

I have created a couple of times a letter to the premium
This letter I activated on your character in the game did not receive chest
Support is missing

sent to your in-game message box via GM message that will accessible after Team
Creation. You may choose which character you wish to give the Founders Pack
Rewards. Please also be reminded that the Founders
Pack Rewards is exclusive only for one character so choose wisely. Once you
claim the package to your character please look for the treasure chest which
contains the added benefits that will be found in your character’s inventory. For

I’m waiting from 1 day for an answer…

Hope i don’t get the same answer, because i’ve said everything they need, including an Invoice about the purchase…

Same here. the item shows in my mailbox but is blacked out now and not on the character i sent it to… about to open a claim with steam get my money back and buy it again if i have to

The response I received from my second ticket for this issue was asking for more information, if you run into this issue they need you to submit a ticket with the following info:

anyone get any answers? i’ve been checking daily and dont know whats going on or when to even expect a fix…

My friend was able to redeem it not too long ago… I’m not sure how you guys are missing the chest…? Are you guys sure sure? It’s glitched? Checked all your character’s inventory? :confused:

honestly i hear this so much it almost pisses me off. yes i’ve checked my character. i only had 1 at the time of redemption. yes its not on the character. no i cant accept it in the lodge its blacked out like its already been accepted.

I got this Issue too

Ticket support only give template answer.
Sent them twice already but still no Fix

Same here. I just keep creating new tickets about the issue since they won’t give an answer
