So, on 23 of April i bought Founder’s pack 2-1 and 1-1 with my credit card, but there was an error with the purchase and the packs are not listed on my DLCs anymore. The thing is, the exclusive items and the TP from both packs are already in my characters and i used some of the TP too.
Is there anything i can do to keeps those items and TP in my account without having to buy the DLCs again?
