think. what will happen?

march 22 lets say x number of people pay, x number of servers open.
april x more people pay, y number of servers open. total servers x+y
may z more people pay, z number of servers open. total servers x+y+z
june 19: f2p people will most definitely mean new servers
so we have 4 groups x server, y server, z server, f2p server

after 3 months x server will have maxed characters, limited number of people, no server growth > they will all go to f2p with a high player base.

basically you are paying money for a cbt. it is not an obt. it is a paid cbt.
there are a few reasons why they would do this:

  1. they gave up on the game and are money grabbing
  2. they are testing internationally if they can still make business
    -but apparently they went and fked it up
  3. bug fixing (not as important)

the bot and gold seller excuse is BS everyone can see through that

no one cares about a few bugs, really. if the game was free and opened while is hype is on. like, icbt2 was fun af, even with the bugs. but making us wait 6 months and u kill the hype.

would u really want to play 3 months making maybe 4 characters, and then going f2p with a longer lasting server and then restart everything from scratch?

few key info is missing from the announcement:
can u transfer items between servers?
if yes, u break the game. if no then thats fine.
what can u buy with tp?

It’s not good enough right now. It has everything to be a awesome game…but it’s combined in a boring linear way… A deal-breaker for me personally.

I am willing to pay 50$ to be part of this unofficial CBT. But yes, you are pretty much correct in saying that this is essentially a form of paid CBT and that the f2p servers are the ones everyone will want to play.

I guess the founder’s servers will give a chance to those who weren’t willing to play the korean version but are willing to pay for the game and just want to have some fun with it/get a head start when it comes to game knowledge and trying different classes.

The only way i can see this as possible if there is a transfer server for your character (i doubt it). Without that…Why would i pay to play a beta and have to restart when my friends start playing?! =/
But that is me, there will be a lot of people paying for this early access tough /o/

i wouldn’t mind paying $50 if this is not an MMO

for MMO i wouldn’t mind if this is like 1-2 weeks headstart but 3 months?

many wont complain if this was a single player game or a co-op or even a repeatable type game (moba, fps, rts) but this is an MMO.

in 3 months you will see people having a max lvl main character fully geared and alts that is almost geared. guild that is too op for those playing in june to compete (and will only be able to find their match if the guild is a hardcore grinding one where 1 day for the headstart = 1 and 1/2 day of hardcore grinding)

well that can’t happen because there will be too many players coming in on june 19 so they need new servers.
the real question is if they can transfer items between servers
