Is there a way to transfer or preserve the benefits of the founder’s access benefits? You see, the server will be located on the East Coast which will give me high latency and huge lag spikes. I was thinking if I used the founder’s access on east coast server on march 29th, will I be able to transfer it to another server (if a nearer one comes up) in the future?
Can I also buy multiple founder’s access DLCs?

Summary = Currently NO, but maybe some day.
You can buy one of each different Founder’s Access DLC. So you can buy pass 1 once, pass 2 once, and pass 3 once. That’s sadly because of how DLC works in Steam. (You can’t have multiple of the same DLC.)
If you don’t claim the FP from your inbox, you’ll be able to claim it on any other server in the future. However, when you do claim the FP, it’ll be locked to that server
