People are up in arms, and they wonder why MMORPGS price and monetize things they do in their “microtransactions”, it’s because of things like this.
Im not agreeing with what they do, but idk why you wouldnt strictly from a business perspective when you can get $30k from 1 dude.
Introduce the kids to gambling early and try to get the adults addicted too, because pursuit of profits should be glorified above all else. At least, that’s what I seem to hear more than I would like…
Sadly this fight should of been lit on fire 20 years ago when MMORPGs, and mobile gaming added microtransactions in cashops.
Now you can only try to fight with your wallet by not opening them. It’s pretty much a industry/market standard.
