Found level 150+ bots

I found some interesting bots. Not only they are above level 40, but these bots achieve higher goals. Yes, level 150+ bots confirmed found. You will never notice these bots because they are programmed to be very subtle and you can easily over look them as normal players. However, I happen to be farming at this location and I notice them being wonky in terms of play style. Whenever items drop they just stand there for 20-30 seconds then move over them. They only move if there are items on the floor. They are also smart enough to pop potions too.

EDIT: HE IS STILL HERE BOTTING. LETS REPORT HIM. Level 150 Bot. Location Seir Rainforest Channel 1.

Wow, this is amazing proof. Bots are working harder to be an inconvenience to the community. If we work together like this, they wont even bother wasting time with this game. Or…you know implement either a report function or a captcha box that every hour asks us to type in a series of letter/nums to prove we are human.

Captcha every hour? That wouldn’t work.
Why? Because say someone is fighting a boss. SUDDENLY CAPTCHA! Enter the captcha. ENTER IT!

What they need is proper game protection software. They have zero game protection. Zero. Nothing at all. Nothing to stop the bots.

Game Guard, EAC… (just not that pile of crap Ark is using)
They need to use SOMETHING. It may be annoying, but at least it would help to stop this sort of crap.

Then they need active GMs whose entire jobs are to ban bots.
We need an ingame report feature (with warning that abusing said feature will result in punishment, of course).
GMs need to be ready to react to reports asap. They need people on at all hours (yay for people living in other timezones) that can react when needed.
If a GM can show up where players reporting a bot are, they can see for themselves.

The problem is that IMC won’t bother with any of this :\

Going to what I said earlier, what the OP described the bot was doing proves it. This bot is coded far more cautiously because it has the product the gold sellers want to sell… meaning, it’s a valuable account. It has far more put into it and isn’t meant for advertising.

Never worked. CABAL and Aura Kingdom both have captchas, still had bots.

Yup, exactly, you have to have the bot checking be transparent to the end users (i.e. they can’t know you are checking if they are a bot or not).

or dont captcha during boss figths…
i used to play a game where captcha would appear if u stay doing the same thing for sometime.

How is he still not banned? He is now RANK 1 on the leaderboards for killing Vikaras Mage.

This should be auto banned, video is already provided dunno what’s taking them so long … maybe as long as they buy founders pack they’re all good? >.>

It’s because IMC don’t seem to give a rats ass.
This would’ve been dealt with at least 9 hours ago if they did.

IMC (and any other publishers) cannot ban bot with just user posted video or picture. They need to gather evidence by own first (like, checking log to see is that actually programmed move or person controlling it etc.), then if they positively sure that is bot running, here comes ban hammer.

But with fewer manpower they got, they just cannot check every single bots on the run (which RMT guys run hundreds and thousand with high power PC).
Without harsh measure - like, remove in-game currency so they lost reason to keep farming - bots cannot be stopped.

The game has no security software whatsoever.
If it really has a skeleton crew, they need to get more or give it up :\

I got curious and decided to look up some of these gold seller websites and they are very well organised from what I can see so I’m really not surprised.

Hopefully IMC has plans to have active GMs that are constantly looking out for these blooming botting bastards unleashing the full brunt of the ban hammer upon their economy ruining heads

GMs can take my video for reference and teleport to him. HE IS STILL BOTTING. Now he is running with three archers spontaneously together like the bots you see in miner village. I dont need to do all the work but they can atleast take a look for themselves because no fks are given at the moment.
