Discourse is pretty new in the forum scene, and there a couple things missing, or could be added to make things better.
- For 1:1 support, I suggest Zendesk. It’s a knowledge database, and you can make support tickets with it as well.
Discourse has a Zendesk ticket plugin available here:
- Steam login isn’t available yet, did you know there is a steam login plugin?
I’m pretty sure IMC is aware of it, or has plans to do it themselves, but I though I’d put it up anyway.
- Seeing as this will be eventually international and support more than just the English language, perhaps a translator plugin would be helpful for quick machine translations?

- A must have for support issues. I’m sure many people will have problems and come to the forums and the one thing that’s bugged for a long time is when a user has solved their problem, but everyone else that comes across the post must now search for the solution themselves.
This allows the user to select an accepted answer to any technical/game problems they have so people in the future that search for the same issue can easily find a solution:
I really was looking for a friend/follow/circle type of plugin but no decent one exists yet. The above are worthwhile to look at though!
