For those who don’t know what a shoutbox is, it’s a place to chat on the forums without needing to make a new thread for it. Like Chatango (just, IMC, if you do do this, don’t use chatango, it’s bad).

So it can be spammed with the same type of useless/offensive things as the in-game shout chat? No thanks.

Okay so I’m bumping this!
I think this is a wonderful idea and in regards to spam; a daily (24hr) limit on the amount of replies you can have, (lets say 8) would limit annoying spammers. Also, moderators along with a simple bot could eliminate bot spammers, and third-party-url linkers
