Hi, I once submitted a ticket to change my forum name and they asked me to provide my e-mail, which I did but nothing happened.
Proof:
If it’s possible I would like my forum name to be changed to “Suchi”.
There should be a pinned topic about this.

Oh a pinned topic is a great idea. I think we informed users through the “Tree of Savor Forum- Please Read” about how to request a name change but a separate pinned topic in the Help Section doesn’t sound bad.
