Forum Account Has Recently Become "New"

I just realized it these past few days. I can’t reply more than three times on a same topic. I also get forum tips from time to time as if I’m a new comer.

I’ve joined the forum since 2015 so that is funny.

Can someone tell me what to do? I wanna join in on conversations, too!
