Honestly, I couldn’t tell you due to the lack of being able to log in haha. I’ve got the “Start the game from home page to remove protection mode” issue. Still no reply on my ticket after 5 hours. So, I guess thats the difference between yes and IMC’ed
because the guys who got banned for 7 days cant login yet (8th day today)

I think players with protected mode used to be required to send an email directly to imc, not an inquiry. The email has to include proper reason why you should be unbanned and identity verification is required. Asking bot Francis might be faster than asking Johnny because gm can unban.
