I think it will be automatically renamed to “something_1", like guild and characters duplicates
Doesn’t hurt to verify does it? That is the reason I made this thread. The moment I read the servers were going to be merged I immediately thought what would happen since as I’ve said multiple times I received a “name taken” error on Klaipeda while moments later it let me use the same name on Orsha.
Why this error happened I don’t know, but I’d rather try to figure something out if the possibility existed that someone else had the same name instead of assuming it would default to teamname_1 since IMC themselves don’t expect to have such issues regarding team names.
Can you login in Klaipeda and try to whisper that team name and report what you see?
You should see either:
A) This team name doesn’t exist.
B) The whisper will go through and the message will be sent.
Similar to this, try adding them as friends to test and deleting them from that list later.
This will help a lot for us to understand your situation properly.
