Hire someone who’s mother tongue is English instead of operating like a family restaurant where the only people working there are the three generations of the family and you still listen to your 90 year old grandfather who doesn’t know how the internet works.

Wut? As a localization projects manager who worked on some big and small games, I find this outrageous 
I kinda figured out already that all gms are Korean who happen to speak English as well. Fits their time schedules.
