This has happened to me and my friends every time we teleport back to a quest giver (using either the ‘backspace’ button or hitting the swirling red and white button next to the quest. After we have been teleported, our characters are stuck in the floating position.
It does not prevent movement and the graphic bug is fixed as soon as we move again. (I would post this in the Graphic Bug section but the forums wont let me).
