Bug Description :
There’s flashing light (like a dying light bulb) in Fedimian Suburbs where lot of Hallowventers spawn.
It gets back to normal when I try to record a video of the flashes.

*save the image files in one folder and look at each one after the other if you don’t see the difference in the images.
It looks like a moving fog in still images, but if flickers like a dying light bulb in game.
