Flame ground + meteor question

because flame ground only hits non-flying enemies, does that mean you can’t do 5-hits with meteor against flying enemies? or does it proc anyway? any replies would be greatly appreciated

It doesn’t, you would need Heavy Gravity from Kino 2 (or 3 I forgot which circle it comes) to help on that.
