Flame Ground can overlap?

Question on the title. Since at level 11 and onwards it duration is higher than the cd, i want to know if is possible to deal 2x damage with 2 Flame grounds. Note that it applies a debuff on the enemies (flaming), so i not sure if is the debuff that inflicts damage (in that case, the debuff must stack to the 2x damage work) or it’s the fire circle that damages.

I would appreciate a answer.

Yes, Flame Ground can overlap, but its duration, even at level 15, is almost the same as its cooldown, so you only get a few seconds of double Flame Ground.

The Flame Ground itself deals the damage; the burn is an extra damage, that can only be applied once (it does not stack).
