Flag on NPC with secondary mission

Hi.

I want to know if there are any way to put a flag on the NPCs that can gives to you any secondary misson, this way you can know if got all of the map and don’t forget any mission.

The game is designed so only the primary missions have flags. You’ll have to explore to make sure you don’t miss any secondary quests.

I thig whoud be great, some times it’s hard find missions in those large maps.
