Bug Description : after my pc accidentally had gotten shut down, I logged in, chose server and my character, loading and this error happened.

I tried various methods like verify game cache, reinstall both ToS and steam… yet they just didn’t work. My game is always installed fresh with no addons. Hope everyone can help me with the solution. Thank you in advance.
Edit : Okay so I managed to fix this issue this afternoon by deleting all .xml files in Release foler -> verify game cache -> log in again and it’s OK.
