[Fixed] Serious "aggro" problems

Turns out it really was the quest at the Kaleidoscope of Time

Bug Description :
No matter the map or monster lvl, as soon as any monsters get within view distance of me, they aggro to me (I even get the “!” from monsters when im CLOAKED) making questing in higher lvl maps complete hell to a point where its unplayable.

Shout chat told me i had an incomplete quest making me a target of monsters but i have no active quests at the moment, all were abandoned in hopes of fixing this.

As you can see here, im cloaked, monsters are aggroing me but cant target me so they dont do anything

As soon as Cloaking is taken off, this happens

Some quests have an aggro mechanic in it, so remove any quest that you still haven’t completed or finish any that is completed.

Even if you abandoned the quests, if the quest chain is about a NPC following you or an escort quest of kind, you’ll be perma aggro’ed, so your safe bet is not abandoning the quests but completing them.

Right, but none of the quests i had were about escorting, unless you count the Zima Surcourt Time magic device or the Return a diary to a girl in Klaipeda quests as escorts. those 2 and another one in Zima to gather 10 cores were the only 3 quests i had, none of which involve an escort of any kind.

Some other ones include one from Dvasia Peak and the last precursor to Tyla Monastery.

I have the quest addon, all those are done.

Thats all i have as far as quests go, none of which im currently doing, they all point me towards NPCs/items that give or start a quest.

I know that bug, You must kill Zima Zuecourt boss so your auto aggro will revert to normal.

Imagine initial unnerfed rank 8 maps with auto aggro, I didnt reported it so it will not be fixed because it was super fun.

Hm, i hope its only that, but then again, that boss is impossible for me to solo, he just spams lightning AOEs that do 8k+ a hit and hes got 1.3mill health, so i guess ill try to get a Cleric help with immunities or something. Maintenance in 10 min now so thatll be tomorow.

There is a delay when he is about to launch those lightning, plenty of time to dodge it. I died like 5+ before my reflex get used to it. Just shout and hire clerics for 2 shards if you dont have a guild/friends.

i did try him quite a few times, as soon as see his nose hair start moving i bee-line in a direction but i always get hit

ill see how it goes tomorow, again though, i hope thats the problem~

Any chance the maintenance could fix this?

If GMs are aware right now on this very thread, they could ninja fix it. Just tag them here. Otherwise you have no choice but to unlock fantasy library yourself.

Just hit 1 time, then run away ASAP. Because the moment you hit him he will respond right away. His attacks are slow, its just a matter of getting use to it. Maybe im Cata so i had it easy.

Looks like a bug. Just abandoning the quest should’ve turned aggro off.

I had a guldie having the same issue today and killing the Boss fixed the problem,still it’s definetely a bug the DEVs should look into, it happens with many quests of the same kind.
