Fix these charging & AOE skill stuck first. It happened all the time

Fix this frequent bug first. It’s really annoying and happened almost every everytimes using these charging in most classes since Beta.
The charactor cannot do most actions while in bug state, cannot use any skill or attack in charging bug and cannot move or use skill while in AOE skill bug.

and separate the Joypad and Keyboard shortcut.

Up this, I have the same problem, don’t know what trigger this, don’t know what made it goes away either

Maybe it can helps, but when I have this bug I open and close chat and it unstuck the skill, (press enter twice)
