I think it only happens in channel 1. Channel 2 seems fine.
It’s happening everywhere for me; in dungeons, towns, missions etc. Instance dungeons took the worst hit. Just now, my party members were complaining non stop about the constant lag spike, rubber banding and skills not working for them. This issue first appeared a few hours before the servers were brought down for maintenance yesterday. During the course of the day after the maintenance, it improved a little bit but came back acting really crazy this morning:

yea the ping is pretty bad after the patch
Not just Telsiai, Varena’s ping spikes are going nuts at random too.
Even Saalus and ET runs are unplayable cuz of the severe lag. IMC Stop watching porno on your servers!!! @STAFF_Ethan @STAFF_Max @STAFF_John
same here. I have got this from last night and thought it was because of my potatoes network. 
Same here on Telsiai.
