We have one GM per server that are only on for 10 minutes at 1am EST. Shout, market, party and whispering go down a few hours after they reboot everything and NOTHING is done all day to fix the issue. We can not beta test content if we can not gather people for quests and dungeons or progress without trading for gear we need. Now, another server and more people are being added to the test when the chat server can’t even handle what is going on during a weekday at 10am EST. Really?
