I thought this was only obtainable from the previous fishing event, and from surrendering 25 Silver Fishes nonetheless.
Is this intentional? Anyone else fished a costume box lately? If yes, was it the black one?

Ahh FML, I thought there was a chance to finally get that elusive AF black maid costume. Oh well.

I have heard of people still getting the black one as well too, but that was after the event was over, one of my ex guildmates got it. They might have patched it by now though.
