Fishing event is ending soon in my server.. is it that hard to get 25 silver fish?

I play @ idToS and i find it very hard to get the 25 silver fish for the blue costume… is it also hard on iToS?

I religiously do the daily 10 cycles… and i can only manage to get 17 silver fish so far… I have until 27th (4 more days left).
Got all kinds of junks … no red costume, no black costume… and probably wont manage to get the blue costume as well… this is really bad since i have wasted quite the time to do this stupid fishing stuff w/o any actual reward from the event.

On a good day, the 10 cycle would only require 1.5- 2 hours, and i have experienced 4 hour fishings too. The usual is around 3 hours. They really should only allow us to get placard/tea set/plate set just ONCE per ID instead of repetitively giving these junks over and over which we don’t need more of. I got 7 cycles of the klaipeda fishing rod (and a 5 cycles of placard) in a day once… which is just stupid. Idk why they like to put RNG on basically everything including event rewards.

I personally find the event disatisfying and highly disappointing, i find it no wonder the population is dropping. I stick around due to the graphic style & art… but it’s just sad with how they implement stuffs.

Lucky for you, I only manage to catch 4 Silver Fish. Well, I didn’t do 10 cycle’s every day. And the reason is this event just give repetitive item that actually one is enough other words ‘junk items’ (Plate Cover and forgot the name, TOS Placard, Klaipeda Fishing rod).

I was excited to have a nice free costume, but now… not even care. Seriously, is this what they call ‘Event’.

What bait do you use ? With the basic worms (cheapest one) I found it pretty easy to get the 25 silver fish, it took me like 2-3 days.
I also fished the red costume with worms by the way, so if you mostly fish with the shrimps, maybe try the worms ?

And yeah, the fishing is really random. Some days it takes me less than an hour. Some other days I can spend hours, and waste a lot of worms (like 250) and barely get 5/10.
Some days I come back to 150ish used worms and it’s still at 0/10… wth @_@

good news my friend, the 27th is the deadline of red and black costume, from 28th onward you can still fishing to get blue costume.

Don’t use the shrimp bait… only use worms… much easier to get silver fish that way

Really? The event npc will still provide the exchange and we can still fish silver fish after the event has ended?

That is indeed good news then…How do you know? The sad part still… is that i dont think anyone even get the black maid costume (yet).

Out of all the days… i only use shrimp bait on 1 or 2 days… the others i use all worms

balik lagi ke hoki bro, mau pake udang atau cacing, sama aja… tapi memang lbih aman pake udang, ane di itos hari ke 5 dah kekumpul 25 ikan, mnurut gue malah u hoki soalnya sering dapet item" event, kalo yg paling susah didapet ya butler/maid yang Black, tu mahal di telsiai 20m+

Yea… idk why it could be so different here @ idToS… me and other guildies have not gotten to 25 yet up until now. We use worms mostly.

Well I smell something fishy in the Fishing RNG in my server (I could be wrong), I see iToS player got good items and material (one of the thread mention the drops, and got many items listed quickly). But when I check in my server (indToS), I only see one person using red costume (Zemyna, not sure in Laima btw).

Just want to make sure about it, in iToS how often you guys got these items? Klaipeda Fishing Rod, TOS Placar, Plate Cover, Tea set, and Premium Awakening Stone.

I personally never got the Fishing Rod (I wasn’t such a heavy fisher), but a friend who did his 10 cycles daily got like 3 Klaipeda Fishing Rods, 2 red costumes, the Tea Set, and I’m not sure about all the rest.
I only fished 1 red costume and the placard for the “rare” stuff. Although I only liked the purple costume, so once I got it (in 2-3 days), I rarely fished again.
Premium Awakening Stones aren’t really rare.
The RNG wasn’t amazing, but it wasn’t something that seemed impossible (except for the few really unlucky, I guess)

Sadly it isn’t so in idToS… We can indeed still get the silver fish, but the fishing NPC’s option to exchange fish for the the blue costume is gone after the maintenance today.
