FirstBlow reward bug

Bug Description :
A several times when the players get the first blow buff they don’t receive the reward (a shining boss box). After the boss die the buff don’t stop and the player don’t receive the additional reward.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Found the world boss and give the first hit
2. Keep attacking the boss to not lose the first blow hit
3. Kill the world boss and don’t receive the reward

I send two ticktes to try resolve, this but on the first ticket the IMC show me a drop from Feb 21, and my problem was on Feb 22.

On second ticket the IMC show a log from my world boss hunting, but not explain why my character don’t received the additional reward.

Maybe I need to show the game mechanics on the ticket, cause look like they don’t know the First Blow and Last Blow mechanics. And the community know about some players using illegal stuffs to do this (take the reward from another players)

is it possible for someone to hit the boss give up and leave, then you go there and lose the first hit?_?

About the tickets, it could be interesting to think about what you sent. They might have misunderstood it. The support have mostly basic information about the game and their primary language isn’t English. As much as they have a lot to improve it doesn’t hurt to put a little more time in writing our tickets so we get our problem solved.

Posting a topic here or PM’ing forum STAFFs might help for you case.

Like, not in a bad way but: A bug is a bug. A exploit is an exploit. They’re two separate things. First Blow afaik can’t be stolen nor taken from a players and transferred to you.

So, if you have any concrete info (video, server time it happened to you and/or others, step by step) for reproducing the illegal way to take reward from other players could you PM it to STAFF_Letitia or STAFF_Yuri and send a ticket?

I really doubt there’s an exploit like that. Competitive stuff on ToS always led to players blaming each other for cheats when in some cases there’s nothing wrong. But if it’s actually true, it’s really serious, I’d recommend passing info to STAFFs if you have anything concrete.

In [SA]Silute its common the players lose the additional rewards when they are hunting the boss and this happen always when the same players are hunting, and is hard to prove someone using hook64 or any script. Next time I’ll try to record the boss if I receive the buff only to show if I don’t receive the reward.

Many brazilian players don’t send tickets or post on the forum cause english isnt our primary language too, my guildmates have the same problem and the IMC told the same thing: “You already received the reward”

Try compiling more videos if you can.

And also compiling the time/place information:
Server time, map, channel, team name of who didn’t receive the reward.

Then PM it to Letitia or Yuri. They have better English and might be able to help you further in a more interactive conversation than tickets. For sure you shouldn’t PM them for every single bug but for your cause it might be the better choice.

This detailed information (along with videos if you can - or even screenshots) will be the main sources to show that you actually got the First Blow buff (prevent ambiguous checks).

Having the time and place allows them to check exact what happened and probably rewards received by you and others players in the map at that time. If they can actually map the bug/exploit with your information they might even be able to find who caused it and apply the account restrictions on them.

I just find this a little strange because I didn’t hear about it from other servers. So it could be actually a server problem rather than player abuse. Or maybe someone who found it in SA and kept quiet.

The better way to get these solved would be to gather as much information as you can (what happened and when, then proof if you can) and add to this post and/or tag and/or PM STAFFs.

Sorry for your concern with first blow buff issue,
That has been fixed during 4/10 maintenance.
And we will send the compensation
