I agree with you, But there are tons of people who have this issue.
From what i am noticing is either people are over leveled and get stuck or under leveled and to far ahead.
I am sure maybe i missed a quest or 2. When i’m stuck i back tracked and sometimes find things i missed.
But at one point or another i have to grind it out. Haha
But i am fully aware about gold and blue quest. And to use the “N” button to look for maps your level to get more quest. Also interact with every NPC i run into and also interact with any object i can as well.
As of right now, I am fine and prob wont have any more issues here on out hopefully.
But i do think there might be a lack of quests. Seems like there is just enough to get by if you do it perfectly.
