First of all, would like to say so sorry for the inconvenience. Fully aware of this issue then have informed our QA and Dev.team to fix as soon as they can.

So the thing is, some maps crashed, the room itself crashed. I can login some characters and other i can not, maybe every player have this behavior.
I know that sounds crazy, but ask them to just reboot the game server/channel server.
You must have a SLA for resolving problems, how much is that SLA? There is a time limit to troubleshoot the problem, if you do not solve this at this time just reboot it and work out to discover what happenedā¦

I suggest one or two days more or reset instance for compensation. Depends on how long it takes to be fixed. Or something for the weekend, where more player can play for more time and make a good use of the compensation.

Same here. I think everyone that is playing on Silute is having this issue.
I had a disconnect and canāt login for around three hours now. It keeps bringing me back to the lodgeā¦
So, as someone advise me, to unstuck ur character you can change channel in lobby, it works for me.

2)Load 70% then kicket to Character Screen
3)Cant back with auto-enter
4)Repeat 1) and 2)
So quick questionā¦ how to play a game you cannot play? cannot log in because stucked at loadin screen, or if do get on, get stucked in maps kicked out to lobby, if can log in but try to get in dungeon, saalus, mission, you get kicked off 95% of time to lobbyā¦ someone explain me how to play this game?
A small patch was just put in. I wonder what it fixed.
After that quick update after relogging I could log in my Klaipeda locked character, butā¦ I couldnāt leave Klaipeda cuz now I am stuck in loadcreen 70%, the same happes to all character now. I canāt play with none of them, even the one who I was playing before 
Klaipeda and Storage Quarters - which were inacessible - are now loaded, but it seems other places just got the same problem, like Resident Quartersā¦ stuck again u.u
UPDATE: Oh nvm, after 2 successful runs itās back to the 70% DCāing again. This is becoming too random and the issue seems to span significantly longer than when itās not there.

Okay so now even going in game gets me stuck at 70%, was trying to enter my character in Klaipedia. lol
