haha, its rng instances dc now
idk which of the instances server broke
but i think all the instances share the same server
1 of the instance server break and cause all the instance to effect too
this is… purely imc server cut server cost rofl
they add new instances dungeoun but cant hold the stress
making all instances break
remember mass people coming to test itos when itos was released?
and all the dc, crash, error, bla3
its purely bcoz the server cant hold the amount of ppl
they need bigger server or separate the instances to use different server
hence more money need XD…

We’re keep moving fast on to this issue and hoping this fixes quick, but please provide us more informations via tickets or here so I could find out something in common.

No worries, I’m just glad you guys are aware of it. Hopefully we’ll see it resolved soon.
They don’t seem to be in the same area. The problem is with particular areas and their channels. Or do you mean Orsha the city? If so, it’s a bit odd.
Am organizing any information that could help to improve this issue. hope this gets fix soon…

Bug of Saviors!! Pardon the pun but that’s just how things are nowadays.
My problem:

Server Name: SEA Telsiai
Team Name: Stonemaugre
Character Name: Hellouise
Bug Description : I have the same problem GM’s please help! I left my poor Pyromancer in Titas Valley and went offline for a bit. When I got back, the loading screen always froze at 70% and I couldn’t log her in anymore.
Also, my other characters experience these:
- Finds queue party, goes into loading screen but see it stuck at 70%
- Gets disconnected to lodge
- Try to enter but no re-enter option (everyone in party probably got DC’ed as well)
- RIP new event
Please perform a temporary maintenance to fix these problems and make sure to give us compensations.

For Silute specifically the issue could to be related to the amount of player activity, as, as far as I know, everything was working fine outside of peak hours (which is right now). This could also mean that in peak hours more players are triggering the process that causes channels/instances to crash, either deliberately or by accident.
I’m stuck on an empty map. There is no one in any of the 2 channels
Good night Yuri is tense today friend every time that enters in a DG takes Dc and sends you back to house and like cities so bugged in the pessonages and does not leave to help help in the brother.

Issue: as i wrote, characters is stucked, cant login on both, game just drops me to lobby
still can login on my third character but he has dungeon enters count is 0 and i cant refresh it via voucher, looks like there are serious bug in instance system after maintenance
