🔥 Is Fireball's burn attribute debuff multiplied by Agny as well?

  1. Is it worth the added CD time?

  2. Are elemental bonuses added per burn debuff tick?

  3. Are additional hits (e.g. Cafri, Enchant Fire) triggered per burn debuff tick?

  4. What other Pyro skills can be used with Flare?

  5. If there are no other compatible skills, is it worth giving up Flare for not having/turning-on Fireball’s burn attribute?

Flare seems like a good filler and is affected by Agny but I’m not sure how it does later on (I’m still lowbie Pyro) considering Fireball’s burn attribute adds a significant amount of time to the CD.

It is not worth.
Burn is based on your magic attack.

Flame ground -> flare works on all mobs inside flame ground.

Any skill that makes the mobs flash yellow when they get hit by it.
Flame Ground for example is nice for the use of Flare.
But if you want to get Flare, only get level 1. More is not worth it.
