Fire lord card is for good use? If so, does it work in humans?

Chapparitons perdures only for 4, 8, 10 seconds? No use for me.
I’m not looking for burst. I need constant damage.
A card that can penetrate magic def would be great

Nothing of the sort if you want to combat those high MDEF monsters that laugh at your Agny damage.
