As the title says, the additional crit chance from Finestra doesn’t work when using pikes, only the evasion reduction does.
I’ve tested it multiple times over the course of several hundred hits on demon type saalus bosses and the results are clear, my crit chance going up to about 33% with a one handed spear where it’s 21% without finestra on, or finestra on while holding a pike.
