Bug Description : Finestra cooldown clock and finestra buff applied clock doesn’t decrease at the same speed
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- activate finestra
- look the timer : 59s remaining on buff applied, 54s remaining on skill cooldown
- wait, then look the timer again : 30s on buff, 30s on skill
- wait more, then look the timer again : 1s on buff, 5s on skill
