why did you lie to everyone that experienced the booster(14 day) pack bug and promise to send them one in there character log then Feb comes and its not there!!

Steps to reproduce the issue : Hidden_Dragon is the only character with the bugged booster(14 days) pack, so its no way to reproduce the issue, I’m not a GM.
Description : Why did you lie to everyone that experienced the booster(14 day) pack bug and promise to send them one in there character log then Feb came and it’s not there!!
I posted the same account information on the forums as requested by all the STAFF, promising that they would look at the posted accounts, its been 3 days and I’m still waiting on a Promise booster(14 days) pack to be sent to my character mail log.
I’ve sent you guys the same request and all you keep doing is apologizing about the inconvenience I understand your sorry, but you made a promise to the tree of savior community to fix the problem by sending out booster packs to the affected accounts why is that its 3 days past the date of your promise and that hasn’t been done yet?
Why are you requiring LOYAL PLAYERS THAT ACTUALLY PLAY AND SPEND MONEY TO SUPPORT THE GAME, to take pictures of there accounts and send in request for something that you know already said that you would fix to the hole server, makes no since and by the way we are losing players at a rapid rate because of this event BOMB!
Your servers was packed to max 75 just on channel one the last week of January since February the game has been having spikes of players to the point where it only had 19 players on channel one CANT YOU SEE THAT WE ARE VERY ANGRY?
Oh yea you remember the other account I kept asking you to fix that you made me wait all the way until the event was over and i sent you picture after picture asking you to either refund me the tp / coins i spend because of the costume grey glitch on female cleric or please fix it. If you look at my tickets, that ticket is still say in progress, you people don’t care about your players it’s very clear look here it is another month a different account and I’m having problems with you again even after you did me so wrong with Celsius_TOE!
