You can find your final boss at PvP tournament. Just fight whatever players who’ve reached max level at that point.

But yeah, probably Necroventer.

When I went there, there was a field boss at district 5, but I couldn’t reach it D:

Apparently you can’t move normally out of the center area, and there are no warps. I’m guessing you need to quest to get around there.

the harpia is one of the isntanced boss for the 1st instance which was introduced in kCBT 3 which is a lv 130 dungeon, i think those monsters we encountered from iCBT were those simply dumped somewhere for future use XD kinda fun though

the field bosses are hard to hunt if you want… they appear with a low chance from what i heard

Probably something with godlike form and do a hell-ton of damage in which took you several hours to kill it. Just after you think you achieved victory with only little HP left to spare, the boss will be like “JK, I have two more forms”.
