Bug Description :
The field boss Violent Cerberus randomly does not spawn in the world. It will give a message he will spawn soon and he will never spawn, or he will not spawn 4 hours after server comes up from maintenance. This has happened multiple times
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Go to royal mausoleum 4f/5f
- Wait six hours w/ 5 people for the spawn message to appear.
- Spawn message never appears
- Realize you just wasted six hours of your life.
