[Feretory Hills] "Cutting The Tail" Questline Bug

Bug Description :
Third part of the questline “Cutting the Tail” in Feretory Hills cannot be completed due to the end objective NPC missing, thus unable to turn in the quest. (see image below)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Clear the “Signal” quest(prerequisite) from NPC Irmantas.
2. Clear “Cutting the Tail” questline until 3rd part from said NPC.

Got this too. Same questline instead of Member Grazina, it’s Member Irmantas that’s missing, which is earlier in the questline.
