Also side note for swordies is there a dex soft cap or critical rate cap?

I don’t know whether fencer is really implemented on CBT, but I found the Fencer Master NPC.
Well i was on the road to fencer,im level 166 now the fencer change is around 185,the npc is ingame.
But i think the type of “swords” a fencer is using arent ingame

100 is far way from fencer,the 6th circle is around level 185,the current max level is 200 and so far only 3 people reached it i guess
