Fencer? Build and stats help

I keep hearing different things about stats. People use to go full Dex/mainly Dex but now they don’t? What stats do Fencers want to go for? Ratio? Also does anyone have a good Fencer PvE DPS build?

It is not necessarily bad. Fencer is the only class who right now has access to 1~2 skills with 0 cooldown, this means that they have a reliable source of damage available to them 100% of the time. Understanding effect of stats on auto attacks vs skills

There is only High DEX, not Full DEX. Every build adds STR, including Fencer. STR increases your Physical Attack, which adds damage to both your auto-attacks and skills, and it is affected by modifiers such as Armor type, Critical Hit, etc. You can add as much STR as you want to your Fencer, you would be losing Evasion on the process if that is a trade you would like to take.
