Fencer and Doppel doubts

Hey, I’m a 190 Doppel c1 from Highlander c1 and Barbarian c3 and have some doubts about Doppel c2. In the future I want to create a Fencer as my secondary char and I wanna know somethings about the class. I really hope u can help me and in advance I wanna say thank u.

First things first, Doppel c2 skills are good as it seems?
Now, about Fencers:

  1. I know that Fencers in ICBT was a very good single target DPS, they still r like this?
  2. I saw people saying that Fencer need a lot of dex, so how is the best stat distribution?
  3. Rapiers are breaking too easy as people said?

i’d go this build


because Fencer doesn’t really auto attack that often and uses flacondelle while your other fencer abilities are on cooldown.
you will be able to tank magic damage with slithering and CC enemies in pvp with rodelero and be able to taunt more monsters with peltesta.
