Two things:
Broom trap with a new passive to hit aerial mobs:
Blue will only hit aerial, and red will only hit ground. Simple.
Rework spike shooter:
Insted of this actual shitty skill that does not work, why not something like a Tower that helps Sapper? Like dievdibs skills.
