Hello all!

(Unsure if this is the right sub category, my apologies!)

I am a new ToS player, coming from a looong fulfilling love life with RO and similar MMOS (WOW, etc). I am in love with ToS! My other games I played were slowly loosing impact and less and less were logging in; I remembered hearing about a spiritual successor of my beloved RO and seeing a brief trailer earlier. Been playing for almost a week and love it.

My only questions/complaints…

It feels unfinished. Like it should still be in a beta format, or something… Its quite buggy, I have to either log in and out because of bugs with parties and cut scenes, or I lag out when i’m the only one in the map and I’m off the ground and into space?

While I know this isn’t RO, I miss headgears. I look at the market place, but there is maybe 25+ available? And then I can’t even afford hardly any. And then even not so much;where is the mass of head gears I can pick and choose from?

Thank you all!! I mean no disrespect, and just want to learn. I love the game, and want to make sure some of my complaints might be answered prior to me dropping cash for TP shop! I’m off to level my cleric-girl. :slight_smile:

The game is not finished, the proposed max Lv is 500, there are lots of things that need fix, lots of things that need balance and lots of things that need to be added.

Yea there are some bugs and lag still. Hopefully they will make this better.

Are you in the right server for your region? The SA server is actually located in the US right now so that may make the lag worse.

As for headgears, you make much more silver later on and you could farm items from lower level mobs that are used in higher end recipes to make money. Example would be mithril ore and vubbe fighter blood which drop from crystal mines. Keep in mind though you need to have an account older than 7 days and higher than lvl 40 to use the market.

Since you are new i will give you some advice. Dont know if you need it or not.

One thing that really helps as a new players is to plan your build. This will save you alot of trouble later on. http://www.tosbase.com/tools/skill-simulator/

There is an item database on that website too where you can find where things drop and other things. Cafrisun set, arde dagger and buying sacrament buffs from pardoners will make killing much quicker on any character.

Hope to see you all online! I can’t wait to see what comes up, :slight_smile: I heard there was a note saying about “The large gap between Korean and American servers and they hope to bridge” that which sounds great!!

I love RO, always will, and knowing this game is the way it is now…I don’t care. I can barely run this game to be honest. Maxing out at maybe…25 FPS and I’m still grinding it out. Don’t care. Love it, embrace it, cherish it. What am I even saying anymore…blindly typing words. STOP! STOP READING PLEASE?!

Most, if not all, of the available headgears in the Market can be acquired through some form of quest.

Find for me here the Lv 500+ areas, and yes, it was last year they said something about it, unless they decided to go further and will update the world map, but as i am seeing, there is not much space, or will they cluster everything on top of each other? (which i highly doubt it)

Well, its not impossible for them to extend the world map, neither is it imposible for them to actaully make a worldmap overhaul, granted they really stay with the goal at 600, neither do i find the current world map reliable, as we dont even have all content released yet.

I rather stick to what theyve said for now.

Who knows, maybe the last 100 lvls will be in a demon realm, moving past demon prison.

Yeah that would fall under expansions, but right now, we need real fixes, not more costumes/hairstyles.

I just want skin and eye colors lol. I have no interest in costumes. I already like my cryo coat and short white ponytail.
