12/07/17: beginning from around 11 am server time till past 4 pm server time since yesterday around the same time!

Bug Description :
Game becomes laggy from around 11am server time and unplayable. The party bug appears (in which you have to wait like 5min to leave the party and same amount to join another one or to change the name of the party). I get a lot of random desynchs and or disconnects by simple staying. Party chat random stops to work.
Fix your service or it will be worse than it is already.
