Another suggestion to this is to have a GM announcement about this on Femidian server 2-4 times a day to let people know this thread even exists.

Remove the times entirely, if people work in the night they canât join it, when most people work daily and vote for evening / night times.
Itâs a unfair system, that will always be unfair.

People have different lives, and different times. This makes fixed times like this totally useless. The system for it is a broken concept that needs to be revamped. Not taped.
