We had the timeslot already before with the old schedule. I know your intentions on this, but even back then I only saw 2vs2 battles since there were not enough people online to even get a 5vs5 started.

Thank you for giving us UTC+2 hour in the news 
and give us what the timers should have been from the beginning :
Dunno about the time during the night, maybe early morning (like 8am in germany) would allow people who wake up early in a normal schedule to join on top of shift-workers and night owls.I guess you’ll see in the logs how many people are actually joining during the night and adjust if needed!
Rest of the time are looking good to me.

16.00 EDT --> better: 17:00 EDT so that people who get home late (but don’t have a night shift) can play TBL as well. (17:00 EDT = 23:00 CEST, e.g. in Germany)

Altough I would prefer having a fourth TBL slot sometime between 04:00 - 06:00 (EDT), 10:00-12:00 (Germany) to close up the huge gap between the 22:00 and 13:00 TBL (15 hours!).

exemple 30mn ago : search for a match, tag, loading screen, CRASH, launch the entire game, i can see myself in the spectate menu BUT CAN’T JOIN MY TEAM and no matter if they win or lose without me : it still count as a defeat !!
WHY ? WHY didn’t you allowed us to join back in the first place ?

And as if being able to spectate your team fighting a 4v5 is not painful enough, I get a penalty on top even IF they win.
I wonder why they even asked us. The outcome was as obvious as the fact it was a mistake in the first place.
Compared to before, IMC just got rid of the 10 am cest TBL and moved the other sessions a little. Because having less TBL is what we wanted?

Secondly, the time for GvG is good but I’m a bit confused about the TBL times…
I was under the impression that the “reserved time” was the fourth time slot and not one of the remaining three, am I missing something here?
Was the fourth slot actually removed at some point?
I might’ve forgotten about it because I only ever participate on the other three times.
In that case please change the 13:00 EDT time to 12:00 or 11:00 EDT.
