Hello~~ I’d like to suggest that you guys add a feature where when you get a whisper from someone a little ‘ding’ or sound of some sort pops up. Some people (like myself) play MMOs solely for the social aspect. Most of the time I like to just sit around town and talk with other people. Sometime I’m having multiple conversations at once and a sound when I get a whisper would be helpful. I imagine when the game comes out and there are more people this would be even better.
Another thing, I used chat boxes alllll the time in RO2 (I know someone is going to yell at me for even bringing up RO2 XD). So if you guys could add chat boxes that allow multiple people to have a conversation in that would be great~~
I may think of other things later, if anyone else has suggestions regarding social aspects of the game add it here~

Ok. Now that, that is done I have to agree. These features would be nice a addition. I am at least 50% social when I’m not in focus mode. I’d love to have chat boxes/windows for PMs and honestly an improved interface. In fact I had a similar idea and I’ll add this to my list of suggestions/bugs/thoughts that I have complied. It’s up to several pages already and growing still lol.

Ok, to the topic. Chat is one of the weak points of the game from my point of view. I think they should start with wiping out those stupid bubbles inside chat window (it’s not some whatsapp or facebook messenger, ok?). Players are to look at the chat window, see the message, reply. Maximum info, less stupid bubbles eating a lot of place in the window.
Some 'ding’ing or maybe flashing notification icon down there would be very nice, too. For the most part I agree with the TS.
Oh on another side note, the messaging system is still bugged. I tested whispering with my friend and she said she didn’t get it. Also party chat’s not working so… the only way I can really talk with my friends atm is normal chat XD
Please consider prioritzing friends list bug and chat bugs~~ 
Well. I don’t think most people here seem to be… observant enough to notice. The Chat server seems to host: the market, shouts, party and whisper chat. If you don’t see people shouting, it’s all down. lol.
Are you both new? This chat server crashing is like… 5 days old now? maybe a day or too more. it’s up for an a short time (when i log on, a few mins to almost an hour some days) and down for… the rest. /sigh
Can’t see those both new who didn’t notice that when shouts are gone there goes market, party system and party/whisper chat.
