Farm aalts suggestions

Hey, currently I’m planning some alts for farm, but I’m not sure about how these builds work. Could you make things crystal clear? :stuck_out_tongue:

  1. C1 > P3 > Pardoner 2: for buff selling, is that profitable?
  2. A2 > R3 > SR3: for farming silver on 140-170 dungeons. Also not sure about this one, because I think this needs some initial investiment, since it will be using 2 weapons + ser.;
  3. W2 > L2 > T2 > Featherfoot 2: this one honestly I don’t know the reason behind it ( started playing this week), just found it when searching for farming builds. Could you give some insight?
    Thank you!!!

Tell me you’re kidding that you need good equip for 140-170 dg… You’ll be already lvl 300+ when you get rank 8, any equip is good enough to go into those dgs.

This one could be party support build for dgs.

I wasnt kidding. :stuck_out_tongue:
So with just a Cafrisun Set and some deccent weapons I can beat it?
Sorry for this, as I said its my first week in the game. But with this I can get some good silver, right?
About the last one, on the guide I saw, was something like this build is to farm materials

The featherfoot build can link monsters together and then swell them for double drops. FF is for damage skills to kill the mobs after you linked them.

C1 > P3 > Pardoner 2:

Buff selling provides very little income unless you are in the absolute top percentile of Pardoners on the server. Unless you are full SPR, have full SPR gear, and are at the very least Rank 8 but preferably 320~330, you will find that buffs move very slowly. You’re probably looking at tens of thousands of silver per week.

You can however make a bit of money off of Dispeller scrolls, which you can make at Pardoner 1. They don’t move too quickly, but they do move regularly, so it can be a great supplement to your income. Also, having your own buff shop to use saves you a good chunk of money if you don’t mind not getting the optimal buffs available. All in all, I wouldn’t really recommend it as a way to make money unless you are willing to really spend a lot on getting it set up - and even then, it’ll take a considerable amount of time to make that investment back, let alone profit off of it.

A2 > R3 > SR3:

This takes very little investment to get started (aside from the time spent leveling the character to SR3). The more you invest, however, the faster it’ll go. That won’t really improve the amount of money you earn, since dungeon entries are limited, but it’ll make the cash grind more bearable. The only gear you really need is Cafrisun, and then everything after that is your gun. Crossbow, Headgears, and Accessories will help push you a little bit further, but the pistol is really what’s doing the heavy lifting here, so after Cafrisun that should be your main investment.

This is really something almost any class can do, but SR is particularly well suited for it thanks to its high mobility and not-completely-terrible AoE. It’ll feel like a slow grind until you get well-geared, but its still solid money and the chance at a Petamion every time you run the 140 can certainly make it worth your time.

W2 > L2 > T2 > Featherfoot 2:

-Linker uses a skill called Joint Penalty to connect mobs together. While connected, whenever one of them would take damage, they all take that damage instead. Then, they use Hangman’s Knot to pull all the mobs into one place and stun them temporarily.
-Thaumaturge uses a skill called Swell Body to…well, swell the mobs. This increases their EXP and Drops by 2x, but also doubles their max HP (and heals them by the amount they gained).
-Featherfoot has incredibly powerful single target damage that is further boosted by Linker attributes, on very low cooldowns. This damage is high enough to overcome the doubled HP from swelling the mobs.

In effect, you get double drops, double silver, and double(ish) EXP from all mobs you kill if you pull off the combo right. This is typically used to farm high-end rare materials that can normally take multiple hours to find - doubling that makes your time investment much more reasonable.

The problem with this build is that you have no way of really dealing damage until Rank 7 (about level 225). Until then, you are relegated entirely to support. Thankfully, however, Linker and Thaumaturge are excellent support classes, so you will have no problem leveling at all if you have a party. If you are playing solo, you will probably be relying almost exclusively on Siaulai and Dungeons to level.

Everyone is dps in the early levels when 3.3k blessings are available. kappa

Thank you all for anwsering, guys.
My final question is: these alts are going to be in another account l, how can I move the silver/mat to my main account?

sell an item on market with main account, buy it with second account. First account gets the money from second account.

Wow, indeed. Lol
So, I’m not going into this buff selling business.
I also need to get some talt to donate to my guild, and I know that they have a lot of alts like this: S3 > Pelta 1 > Corsair 3 > Dopel 1

Some thoughts on gearing A2> Ran2/3 > X > SR3 builds for 140/170dg clearing.

Here are the starting weapons I recommend to get:

Crossbow: Chrisius Shooter (170 HG crossbow)
https://tos.neet.tv/items/183302

This crossbow can help increase the dps and attack speed of Limacon. It gives +35 dex which is a huge amount considering even high end crossbows such as Silver Hawk doesn’t even give that much dex. With this more stats can be allocated to STR which will further increase the damage of limacon. +80 holy is really good since most of the time we will have at least 3 lines of damage (4 if include cafrisun)

Pistol: Alcris (170 HG Pistol)
https://tos.neet.tv/items/303301

Alcris is also a great starting weapon to get in case you can’t get a manamana or a 270/315 blue which is cheap. It adds +17 dex too which is really great since limacon is highly dependent on attack speed.

Just with these 2 with a +10~+11 pistol and cafrisun (and some investment in limacon, around 40-50 attribute level + splash attribute should suffice), should be able to clear 140dg in around 9-10mins. Once you get better at running the dg with optimised movement routes and such + better gear, hitting around 6-7mins shouldn’t be much of a problem.

Dont go pardoner, you need to be FULL spr to actually sell anything at all, even if you make it a daino/arcane energy scroll seller & buffer at the same time, the money you get back its not worth the character slot and the level up hell you are going to have to suffer to acomplish such feat.

@Nekorin I have +16 Manamana and my fastest silver farm in dungeon 140 is around 15mins with a decent ping and buffs. I think I’m doing something wrong lmao

@lklukan just roll a lot of SR alts. They give around 800k silver in total (3 runs). Make a lot of SRs and you can earn from 140 dungeon, selling shards from saalus, and if you’re lucky, 30M silver from practonium!

Do people farm 140 dg solo? If so, then why?

Yeah, I’m not doing this Corsair build anymore. I’ll do another SR.
And I really enjoyed leveling the Linker, it was so fun.
Anyway, do you know how can I farm talt?

Give this route a try. Note the way on how to clear the rooms. I’m still revising it though but should be good enough for now.

There is a slightly faster one in which the rooms to clear is reversed for Harperia and killing Harperia first then use the 60secs remaining to clear the other room. Do try this after doing the above route.

@Unlocked Each 140dg full run solo gives around 240~260k silver with chances of getting a Petamion recipe (worth around 3million in Telsiai) and talt. Since with an SR we can get around 6-8mins of clear speed it is one of the best ways to earn silver in game.

With 3k Matk you can run full 170 swelling all mobs for ~600k in 25-30 mins.

With 4.5k Matk you can do semi-full 290 swelling all mobs except mages for 360k in 12-15 mins (plus artilonium drops).

It’s a very reliable source of income.

We have the same route haha.

You deal a heck lot more damage than me. Its probably because of your Chrisius shooter or Limacon Enhanced Attribute.

If you don’t mind me asking, is Chrisius Shooter better than Didel Grand Cross? And whats the level of your Limacon Enhanced Attribute?

My limacon attribute is 61 (around 5m investment). Chrisius Shooter is definitely better, it adds more to limacon than didel due to the dex. The main gist of having faster attack speed is, the faster you shoot, the faster the monsters die and your SR can aim another pair of monsters faster, shaving down the clear time more. Hence for crossbows we can afford to choose a weapon which can cater to that since we don’t really need its attack power much.

Thanks. I guess I have to change my crossbow and enhance limacon attribute then
