Falconer Hawk Voucher

I logged into my account today to reset my archer and create a falconer, but when I choosing the class in rank 6 I don’t received the voucher to withdraw the pet (hawk) from the companion trader. I wonder if this is a bug and if there is someone who went through the same case.

Same here. I just got falconer 1 and 2 rank, and i didnt get my hawk voucher.

Same here but with the Cataphract class Pet Voucher. Tried contacting support, they replied with “Please get another voucher”.

It seems you get flagged for receiving the item (regardless of you redeeming it or not) but it doesn’t get unflagged when you reset you class.
