[Falconer] Falcon often "freezes"/gets "stuck" when using falcon-based skill

Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Be Falconer.
  2. Gather a large mob.
  3. Use the Circling skill.
  4. Maybe about 65% of the time, your Falcon will move to start the Circling animation, but then it just completely freezes in midair and does nothing for about 10 seconds.
  5. After about 10 seconds, your Falcon will unfreeze and then start doing the Circling animation.

This is really stupid because it completely messes up timing, especially in group play.

Note: The Falcon is completely frozen and does not even flap its wings.

Fix this and also make falcon spaz the ■■■■ out and fly across the screen at 100000mph all the time thx

I just got this useless email from IMC about this issue:

Thank for contacting the Support Team! Thank you for contacting us and Supporting Tree of Savior.

Its possible that you are experiencing connection issue while you are in the game. Please try to relaunch the game from Steam, and make sure that you have a stable connection while playing the game to avoid this kinds of issue.

If the issue still persist please do contact us again, and provide a screenshot to help us further investigate the issue.

For those wondering, it is NOT a connection issue. You can clearly see me in my video running around and using other skills and mobs attacking me while the Falcon is completely frozen.

I resubmitted my ticket and got a copy-pasted response from IMC saying that they forwarded this issue to the devs. Which I doubt. But at least it’s something.

I figured out what the issue is.

If you use Circling with your targeting circle ontop of a Pavise, your Falcon will freeze.

i have similar problem:

sometimes that (random time ~20%) i use the falcon skill (circling, hovering or pheasant) the cooldown run without the falcon act.

when the falcon are landing or taking off over roost, ~90% chance any falcon skill will fail like above… better do not use roost.

ALL falcon skills have a delay and cooldown that turn it weak… should be a bit better, stronger or faster.

take a look what happen when you mix status skills with falcon:

Bump, used Hovering twice in mission since patch and I noticed hawk jsut sat there stuck in the air , did not move even after Calling

  • Hovering until disconnect or change charactor
  • Hanging shot Stuck in the Airrrrr
  • Circling Delay 10 sec
  • Pheasant some time no damage

now already nov 14
such bug still same not fix how to grind with skill delay 10 or more sec。 other skill no delay but the falcon no respond after call it wont come but take so long is this how falcon should react？

After big update, Hawk Skill bug is more. With Falcon 3

  • Circling make freeze Hawk and it’s not follow when buff First Strike.
  • Sometime with First Strike, bird is fly away.
  • Aiming sometime not work.
  • Sometime I see Hawk in my head but I can’t use skill. Spam Call so much when I have First Strike buff
