Falcons lose about 20 feathers a second. In my estimation the Falcons would not have enough feathers to maintain flight in a spam of less than 20 seconds, and would be bald and flailing about on the ground within the minute.
It isn’t healthy.
On a serious note though, really, Falcons could retain the molting graphic when using abilities that promote sudden and violent changes in course, but should not lose any feathers at all while maintaining normal flight.
